  1. Hi,
My name is Karen Knull. My husband and I own Yankee Point Marina in Lancaster, VA. On the weekend of October 24 - 26, 2014, we are hosting a regatta to benefit the Independence Fund, a wholly volunteer charity which provides adaptive wheelchairs to combat wounded amputees. We will have at least 12 veterans participating in the regatta and would welcome your suggestions, help and attendance at this first annual event. We have been holding charity regattas for 15 years of owning the marina and have all the facilities to make this a truly memorable event. Please check out the Indy fund at independencefund.org.

I look forward to hearing from you and your group.

    Cheers,
    Karen
